Environment Policy...
CJS Plastering Services believes and cares about the environment and in the practices that are needed to help ‘OUR’ Environment, not only does it make good business sense to us it also helps reduce the carbon foot print.
This policy sets out our aims and objectives to integrate good environmental practices within our daily operations and to improve our environmental performance.
We are doing this by continuing our commitment to:
- Dispose of our waste in a safe, legal and responsible manner by using Hippowaste bags which are collected by a licensed waste carrier and waste is recycled where possible.
- Keep all materials in such a manner to reduce waste by using within the expiry date, rotating stock, storing in a dry area away from water and handled in a safe and responsible way, to avoid damage and in turn waste.
- Reuse & recycle materials wherever possible.
- Control and organise all our activities that may have an environmental impact.
- Ensure all at CJS Plastering Services including sub-contractors are updated and are aware of our Environment Policy & their environmental responsibilities.
- Comply with all legislation and codes of practice.
- Use recycled products and renewable energy sources where possible.
- Review and revise this policy where necessary to reflect any changing conditions and information.
